Pete entered the financial services industry in 1975 following nearly seven years of service as an officer in the U.S. Army. His journey took him through national NYSE member firms, regional firms, and a boutique brokerage/investment banking firm. In 2001, he became an independent financial advisor utilizing LPL Financial as his broker dealer.

Since 2016, he has maintained a primary office in Bend, OR, while keeping an office presence in Santa Clara County. He is a member of the board of directors of Central Oregon Veterans Outreach. His favorite pursuit is exploring the wonders of Oregon and the western U.S. while riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle.

Pete holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Dylan Bell CFP®, CFS, CES

Dylan came to CBI from Hillis Financial where he joined in late 2016. Through his relationship with his broker dealer, LPL Financial, Dylan provides a comprehensive range of financial and investment planning services to his individual clients. He works diligently to uncover and understand his clients’ needs and aspirations in order to provide appropriate and worthwhile financial strategies. Dylan graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from San Francisco State University.

Jeanne Dusan

Director of Client Services

Jeanne came to the CBI team from Hillis Financial Services where she joined in 2009.  Prior to that, she spent more than two decades gaining valuable experience in the banking, mortgage and real estate industries. Over the course of her career Jeanne managed office operations, quality control, customer service, loan processing and compliance functions. Her professional experience gained over 30 years translates to an exceptional customer service experience for all CBI clients.
